Terms of sale

Last updated: 9 July 2026

These terms of sale govern your use of preparationexamencivique2026.fr, published by Clémence Charbonnier (sole trader), trading as KAIROS ENTREPRISES, and the sale of Premium access. You accept them explicitly when creating your account.

1. Purpose

The site offers a private practice service for the French civic exam (knowledge and situational questions). It is neither operated by, affiliated with, nor endorsed by the Ministry of the Interior or any public authority. Knowledge questions reuse the official list published by the Ministry; explanations and situational scenarios are produced independently for educational purposes.

2. User account

Access to your personal space requires creating an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

An account is personal and may not be shared.

3. Free offer and Premium access

The core service is free and the score is never hidden: the full mock exam, theme practice, a limited number of adaptive mock exams and situational scenarios per week, and A2/B1/B2 explanations (included free for everyone), are all available at no cost.

Premium access (a one-time payment, no subscription, valid for 3 months) unlocks only the following depth, actually available today: unlimited situational practice and unlimited mock exams — never the score itself, which always stays free to see.

A personalised study plan, detailed per-theme analytics, and multilingual explanations are planned but not yet available; they are not charged for until they are delivered.

4. Price and payment

The price of Premium access, tax included, is shown on the /tarifs page at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe in a single charge; no card data ever touches our servers.

VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French tax code (CGI), unless stated otherwise on /tarifs should our VAT-exemption status change.

Ce consentement est matérialisé lors du processus de commande par l'action de cocher activement la case dédiée à la renonciation du droit de rétractation, distincte de l'acceptation globale des présentes CGV.

(No Premium access will be delivered without the Client's prior, express, and unambiguous consent. This consent is recorded during the order process by actively checking the box dedicated to waiving the right of withdrawal, which is separate from acceptance of these Terms as a whole.)
